Booking Window/Availability

-Bookings for Personal Training, Sports Massage and Group Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Appointments and Classes go quickly, so please be quick to get your preferred slot(s)!: 

-Class bookings for the next bookable window go live every Monday so Mondays are the best day to book your classes to avoid disappointment! 

-Individual appointments can be booked 14 days in advance by the hour and day e.g. 10.30am on Wed for 2 weeks time will only show in the system two weeks prior to the slot from 10.30am Weds onwards.

-If you cannot make any of the remaining slots, please text me and I will do my best to help you find a suitable slot. 

New Clients

-For Personal Training: Please contact me to arrange your Free 30 minute Personal Training Consultation. 

-For Sports Massage: Please feel free to go ahead and book a class using the system if you wish or please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss your treatment first. 

-For Classes: Please feel free to go ahead and book a class using the system - it's very quick and easy to set up your account. We will then be in touch regarding the Health Commitment Statement, which you will please need to complete before your first class. 

**IMPORTANT**Booking Confirmation**

-If it's your first time booking, please register using the "sign up" button in the top right-hand corner. Each time you log in, you should be able to see all your bookings within your calendar. 

-Please only turn up if you have had confirmation of your booking (when logging in you should see your bookings in your calendar) or if we have confirmed your booking. Please do not turn up without a booking - this is to ensure we have enough spaces for all clients and to avoid disappointment.

Payment

-Payment for all services is due at the end of your session.class. We accept both card and cash payments. 

**IMPORTANT**Cancellations & Rescheduling**

-Classes: Please text me ASAP if you need to cancel your class booking. Appointments cannot be cancelled in the system. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class I reserve the right to charge you as per your client/trainer agreement. If you do not show up for your class and fail to let me know via text you may also be charged for your class. Our cancellation policy is to keep things fair for everyone - classes are popular and regularly have waiting lists - this policy is to help ensure we have enough spaces and slots for all our clients. 

-PT/Sports Massage: Please text me ASAP if you need to cancel or reschedule your PT session or Sports Massage. Appointments cannot be cancelled in the system. If you need to reschedule that's absolutely fine, please check the system and go ahead and book your alternative slot. Please then text me the details of the slot you need to cancel (as you will then have two appointments booked!) If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and your appointment cannot be rescheduled for the next week, I reserve the right to charge you for the session as per your client/trainer agreement. This is again to keep things fair and make sure I have enough slots for all my clients and to prevent clients from booking out prime time slots and keep cancelling them last minute.
