The Lakeside Fitness Studio offers you commercial grade equipment within a secluded gym in the heart of the countryside, giving a small community feel. As the name suggests we’re next to our own lake, near to Malmesbury and the Cotswolds.


We bring you premium quality personal training, nutritional advice, group classes, massage, chiropractic rehabilitation and relaxation, for improved physical & mental health. Nick Jones

The owner of The Lakeside Fitness Studio, I was born and raised locally. I am an economics graduate, who decided to career change into the thing I really love, after finding out I was losing my eyesight. 


My 16+ years of fitness knowledge and experience, combined with my qualifications in personal training, GP referrals and sports therapy has led me to provide ‘personal training with a brain’. I aim to not only make you fitter and stronger but pain-free, with better posture and feeling better mentally. My main area of expertise resides in nutrition, weight loss and muscle gain/tone.

Vanessa Ryman

I have been passionate about health fitness and well being for over 20 years, completely obsessed! Running, cycling and body conditioning are my general foundation for keeping fit and healthy along with a healthy diet.


I then decided to pursue this as a career so I can help inspire and motivate people to achieve their fitness goals, making them feel good, believe in themselves and changing their lives for the better.

Victoria Russell

I am a McTimoney human chiropractor (MChiro) as well as an internationally recognised veterinary chiropractor (IVCA). In my spare time I am a dressage rider, instructor and British Dressage judge.
